Scholarships Punjab Benevolent Fund Forms Instructions. Punjab Government Benevolent Fund is offering scholarships to children of in-service, retired, or late employees.

Scholarships will be awarded to those children who have passed matriculation or above with a minimum of 60% marks and are enrolled in higher classes.

The application can be submitted for a maximum of two children, however, if a child is studying in a recognized institution for special children then the application can be submitted for three children. The scholarship can be submitted for students enrolled in any of the Inter, BA, BS, or MSc classes.

Application for Punjab Government Servant Benevolent Fund Scholarship can be submitted from 1st January 2023 to 31st March 2023.

Punjab Government Servants Benevolent fund Eligibility Criteria

• The scholarship will be awarded to a maximum of two children who have passed matriculation or above with a minimum of 60% marks and are studying in the next class.
• However, if the third child is studying in a recognized special education institution, an application may be submitted for the third child.
• Stipend for 3 children for deceased or retired Government servants on a disability basis
• Children of deceased government employees are eligible for the scholarship from primary to matric.

Application forms can be obtained from the Administrator Benevolent Fund Al Falah Building Lahore or DC / Chairman District Welfare Fund Boards. Application forms can also be downloaded from the website www.bfms.punjab.gov.pk.

A special scholarship is given to Highfliers i.e. children who secure 90% or more marks in any examination (matriculation or above) are given Rs.50,000 instead of the normal rates.

2. The latest month of Computerized Pay Slip for during Service Government Employees
3. Pension Book for Retired Government Employees
4. Affiliation Letter of Student Institute with Board and  University
5. Latest Detail Marks Degree Certificate of Board, University with the Attestation of Controller Examination.

Marriage Grant Punjab Benevolent Fund Forms Instructions

1. CNIC copy of Applicant/ Government Employee
2. Marrying Daughter CNIC or Matric Result Card or Birth Certificate from Union Council
3. Copy of Nikkah Nama
4. Pay Slip of Govt. An employee with B.F. Deduction Proof
5. If Retired Govt. The employee then Retirement Orders copy, and PPO Copy.
6. If Govt. The employee is Dead then Death Certificate Copy
7. Death Certificate issued from Union Council of Town Committee.
8. List of Family Members (if Govt. Employee is dead)
9. Nikkah Indraj Fehrist/ Nadra Registration Certificate

Monthly Grant Punjab Benevolent Fund Forms Instructions

1. Deceased/ Invalid Govt. Servant CNIC & Computerized Pay Slip
2. B.F Deduction Proof
3. Death Certificate issued from Union Council
4. If Govt. Employee Invalid retired then Invalidation Letter issued from D.G. Health, Punjab
5. Applicant CNIC and Picture
6. Non Remarriage Certificate from Widow attested by Union Council UC Nazim
7. Death Certificate during Service issued by Head of Department
8. If Death has occurred after Retirement then Retirement Order or Govt. Pension Book Copy
9. If the employee is Women attested by Gazetted Officer then Non-Remarriage Certificate from a Widower.
10. In the case of Minor then his Birth Certificate from Union Council & Guardian Certificate from Guardian Court
11. List of all Family Members with complete Name, Date of Birth (DOB), Relation (with deceased), Martial Status, &  Profession Attested by the Head of Department and Attestation there is no other Family Member

3. Death Certificate issued from Hospital/ Union Council
