BEEF 8000 scholarships for Matric to MS Level Announces 2023. Balochistan Education Endowment Fund has announced more than 8000 scholarships for students enrolled in Matric, DAE, Inter, BS, MBBS, MA, MSc and MS classes.
BEEF offers scholarships in various categories like Provincial Open Merit Scholarships POMS/ District Open Merit Scholarships DOMS and Institutional Open Merit Scholarships IOMS.

Candidates can also avail Special Quota Open Merit Scholarship. Candidates can check MS 8000 Scholarships 2023 from their BEF Matric.

Candidates must have at least 60% marks or a minimum of 3.0 out of 4.0 CGPA and candidates applying for Special Quota Scholarship for Weaker Candidates must have at least 45% marks or 4.0 CGPA in from should be 2.5 and they should have a minimum of 75%. Attendance so that they can be eligible for a BEF scholarship.
How to apply for the New BEEF Scholarship
Scholarships for Category A and B (DOMS and IOMS) will be accepted by post only by the Head of the Institution.
Application forms along with instructions are provided to Heads/Focal Persons of Institutions. The scholarship form is also available on the BEF website. The following documents need to be submitted along with the scholarship application form:
- • Copy of DMC/Semester/Class Result attested by Head or Focal Person of Institute
Copy of CNIC/B-Form or Student’s Smart Card - • Copy of CNIC of father/guardian
- • Copy of the local domicile
- • Disability certificate if applicable
- • Computerized copy of payslips of children of BS-16 employees
- • Required documents for respective categories (father’s death certificate for orphans, religion certificate for minorities etc…)
Candidates can check their eligibility criteria and they will follow the above conditions and should be regular students of government schools, colleges or universities.

Students, who are availing of any other scholarship, will not be eligible for this scholarship. Candidates will also read and check the complete list of documents, which are required to be attached to their application form for the scholarship programme.
Eligibility Criteria for scholarships BEEF
For the convenience of students, BEF has prepared a single form for all categories. However, students are advised to read the instructions on the back of the form carefully and fill out the form accordingly. Incomplete forms will not be accepted. In case of providing fake documents, not only the scholarship will be stopped but also legal action can be taken.
- • Minimum 60% marks or 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA in final exams
- • At least 45% marks out of 4.0 or 2.5 GPA required for a Special Quota Scholarship for a Very Weak Person
- • Students must be enrolled as full-time students at an institution.
- • Those who improve in marks/division, fail the subject and pass with grace marks are not eligible to apply for a BEF scholarship.
- • That beneficiaries of any other scholarship are also not eligible to apply.
