75 National Top Talent Scholarships 2023. The government of Pakistan announced 40 Ph.D. And on the occasion of Pakistan’s 75th Independence Day, 35 MS scholarships for Pakistani and Azad Kashmir nationals to study in the world’s top 25 universities (QOS or Times Higher Education (THE) ranking only).
Scholarships will be awarded only on the basis of confirmed admission to selected universities and subjects. Scholars pursuing advanced degrees in cutting-edge fields will be a national asset and help usher in a new era.
75 National Top Talent Scholarships 2023
The MS scholarship will last for two years and the Ph.D. scholarship for four years. Applications for the National Top Talent Scholarship must be submitted by March 21, 2023.

75 National Top Talent Scholarships Term Condition 2023
- Citizens of Pakistan or Azad Kashmir must apply.
- Unconditional or confirmed acceptance/enrollment in one of the world’s top 25 universities (QS or THE) in your chosen subject
- MS scholarships require a BS/BE/Master’s degree in relevant fields or 16 years of education.
- 18 years of MS/MPhil/ME or equivalent in relevant fields are required for Ph.D. scholarship.
- A maximum of the 2nd division in an academic career before the final degree, with a CGPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 and 3.75 out of 5 in the semester system or 1st division (in the annual system).
- For employees of public sector organizations and full-time faculty members of universities/degree-granting institutions/colleges, the maximum age is 40 years.
- 35 years for everyone else
Top Talent Scholarships 2023 Application Process
- Online applications should be submitted at HEC’s e-portal https://eportal.hec.gov.pk.
- A candidate must be admitted to one of the top 25 universities in the world.
- After completing their studies, candidates should return to Pakistan.
- After completing their studies, successful candidates will have to sign an agreement with HEC for 3 years for MS and 5 years for Ph.D. in Pakistan.
